Phil Paule is the District Director for Congressman Darrell Issa. He has served as Political Director for the California Republican Party and in 2003 managed the day to day operations of the Re-Call Campaign of then Gov Gray Davis. Phil his wife Julie, and son Miller along with their two dogs, reside in the small Riverside County community of Winchester . He and Julie co-own Paule Consulting, Inc., a political consulting and fund raising firm.   He is known for aggressive on-site management of campaigns, dry wit, sarcasm and dislike of attending political fund raising events. When not playing in the world of politics he has the unusual hobby of attempting to visit all 50 State Capitols.
