I agree. It’s time to change the representation of CA within the electoral college.
Votes by Congressional Districts will allows millions of voices to be heard and “counted;” whereas under the current “winner take all” approach in such a large state as CA, millions of votes don’t really count.
It’s time to consider the “large” v. “small” state affect of the electoral college, (a holding line) providing a fair representation of millions of voters at large.
Please support electoral votes by Congressional Districts in CA. Please inform all how to get the petitions and turn them in.
