A friend forwarded this memo from the Workers’ Compensation Appeals Board which has some tough words for those who dare to send documents to the Board that are not properly hole punched. I kid you not. Check this out for your laugh of the day.

Good catch Jennifer. I called the WCAB to confirm that this was not some misdated April Fools Prank. The so-called Judges of the Worker Comp system are standing by their demand. I wonder how many injured workers have lost their medical payments because their holes were punched off center.
