As I reported earlier this week we are in for a massive dose of hypocrisy from the left this weekend as the unions and their allies work overtime (for which I am sure their getting paid) to protest a meeting hosted by the Koch Brothers in Palm Desert to talk about “insidious” topics like job creation, economic growth and protecting our freedoms.
And it looks like the festivities have already begun starting with what else, hot air (literally) from the left!
Give me a break. Greenpeace has apparently gone to the expense and trouble of flying a blimp in 
Palm Desert? Talk about Astroturf. I wonder how much that is running them to fly? Come to think of it I wonder how much this whole operation is running Common Cause, Greenpeace, the Courage Campaign, the California Nurses Association and all of their allies? Seems like it’s going to cost a lot of money to bus people in from San Diego, LA, the Inland Empire and other parts of the southland (guess they couldn’t quite find enough locals to meet their protest goals). My guess is they won’t tell us and they’ll bob and weave when asked to disclose their real donors. Just like they did yesterday when Politico asked them these kinds of questions in a teleconference with reporters.
Unfortunately it also seems that the MSM is planning to play along with the left when it comes to this protest if this Los Angeles Times headline is any indication: “Californians to Protest Against Koch Brothers in Ranch Mirage.” I am sure it was just an oversight and what they meant to write was “Well-Funded Labor Unions and Liberal Front Groups to Manufacture Protest Against Koch Brothers in Rancho Mirage.”
I am sure that voters are smart enough to see through this for what it really is. Astroturfing brought to us by the people who invented the term.
Oh yeah, if someone has a photo of a Greenpeace blimp attacking George Soros’ "dirty money" please send that along.
