Shocking: Voter fraud in Fresno County!

Where there is SEIU, there is voter fraud, so we should have known.  Fresno County Supervisor Phil Larson found himself in the crosshairs of a $500,000 SEIU barrage of false and negative advertising for six straight weeks leading up to the June primary election.  Still, he survived and is headed to a November runoff against SEIU backed candidate Cynthia Sterling, a member of the Fresno City Council.

Now we find out that a Sterling volunteer probably committed voter fraud, submitting false registrations.  The Bee has the story today.  Why is this significant?  Larson fell 20 votes short of winning this race outright.  The false registrations numbered over 100.  Now we need to see if those 100 votes were cast.  If they were, the election should be awarded to Phil Larson.

I’ve uploaded some of SEIU’s handiwork in this race.  They are first class dirtbags, that crew.

Phil Larson is a proven conservative and the swing vote for a conservative majority on the County Board.  This is the most crucially important race in the County this year.

Um, the story says nothing about votes or even voter registration. Rather, the defendant is charged with forging signatures in lieu of filing fees. Stupid and a crime if true? Sure, but the total effect, to read the story right, is to reduce Sterling’s filing fee by $25.

Ummmm… it’s such a minor issue that ONLY 30 FELONY charges have been filed in the case so far !

From Secretary of State Deborah Bowen’s press release of today:

    ——————————————————-
A Fresno woman was arrested today and charged with 30 felonies for allegedly forging voter signatures on nomination papers for two local candidates following an investigation by Secretary of State Debra Bowen’s office.
The Secretary of State’s Election Fraud Investigation Unit helps maintain the integrity of the electoral process by investigating allegations of election and voter fraud in California.
“Forging signatures on any petition is a serious offense,” said Secretary Bowen, California’s chief elections officer.”
