Citizens United decided, campaign finance turned upside down

I still have not reviewed carefully all 185 pages, but the US Supreme Court issued the decision in Citizens United today by a 5-4 conservative majority vote and a lenthy dissent by John Paul Stevens. That means one thing: freedom and the First Anendment won! It appears corporations will no longer be banned from involvement in federal elections. More later……

    Congratulations on a great win for the 1st Amendment today.

    I’ve read several main-stream media reports, and most of them
    don’t even mention Citizens United or Floyd Brown by name!

    AP finally refers to Floyd in the 17th paragraph. What do you
    want to bet that you and he would have been in the LEAD
    paragraph if you had lost 5-4?

    A victory for Floyd Brown is too much for them to admit
    in so many words. That’s how much they are reeling !
