Yesterday the Governor spent time with the Fresno Bee Editorial Board. The live-streamed it, and now you can watch the archived video… The best moment of the entire interview takes place just after the eight minute mark — the Governor is talking about how you can’t really call the so-called Peripheral Canal a canal, because it may very well be an underground tunnel. He then says that they have advanced tunneling machines, and references a machine that they had similar to these, but much smaller, in the film Total Recall.
