As someone who has been questioned from time to time by "less diverse" conservatives and GOPers about my musical tastes — such as "How can you possibly listen to liberals like Dylan, The Clash, John Lennon, The Ramones, etc, etc?" — well, I just have to share the following.

Having once lived with Barry, I know for a fact that he hung out with “weird and gilly and the spiders from mars”.
Barry also took the advice from those same friends and learned how to play it “left hand”. Probably the only thing he knows left anyways.
There is no truth to the rumor that he took dressing tips from Dr. Frank N. Furter, at least he didn’t when I lived with him.
