Vision for L.A. County:
We have to have a presence in all areas of Los Angeles County for GOTV, Candidates, Voter Education, Voter Registration, and all Election Activities on a permanent basis, not just 120 days before any elections.
We need to have a Los Angeles County Party that responds to the needs and issues in Your District. To accomplish this, we need to give you local control. The County Central Committee has to be the facilitator for all of the local A.D. Committees in terms of local fund raising, resources, consultants, and collateral. We have to change from focused election spending to spending in Every A.D. and on Every Candidate.
